Big fan of eat my catfish went in and had five star service. Cajun boudin balls and the catfish and shrimp were delicious and with help from the beautiful energetic optimistic waitress Alycia made my experience 10 times better I would definitely ask for her and enjoy a great restaurant
I called in an order about 30 minutes before closing time on Saturday and I expected my food not to be fresh but boy was I wrong. When I went in to pick up my order, Brett let me know he'd cooked my food fresh! My tenders were cooked crispy and my hush puppies were hot and delicious! I appreciate Brett's hospitality and making sure I had hot fresh food even at closing time!
Alycia was the best person ever! She helped me understand the menu and suggested so many things and my personal favorite was the boudin balls! 10/10 will be coming back to see her!!
We are from south Louisiana and feel like we were transported back home with the crawfish here! Mr. Brett did them just like home, and the Willy dust, phenomenal! Not to mention I could eat their onion rings every day! Everything we have tried here has been 10/10.

Passing through the area and popped in to try the catfish. Restaurant is a local chain. We enjoyed the food - the batter was light and well seasoned. Staff were also very friendly. I would pop in again if ever passing through in the future!
You know a place is good when you’re planning your next visit before you even finish your plate. Everything from the catfish to the sweet tea was on point! This was my first time coming in and I wasn't sure on what to get. Brett took my order and suggested I try a little of everything and when I tell you this place has the BEST hush puppies I've ever had! Brett's recommendations didn't disappoint and this will be my new go to fish place and I'll definitely be asking for extra hush puppies!
We were in town for a conference and decided to try out Eat My Catfish. Wonderful experience! They accommodated our large group with no notice. The food came out quickly and was amazing! Tasted so good and fresh! Large portions too! The manager, Brett, checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely go back any time we are in town!
The fried pickles are definitely my favorite but the fish is some of the best catfish I’ve ever had! The batter is light and crispy, the fish is tender, and the atmosphere just feels welcoming. Brett always makes me feel at home and he jokes about us having the same last name, even though we aren't related he sure makes me feel like family! I sure do love the Cantrell location!
